GulfAxis provides senior technical advisory, project review, proposal review and management decision support. The specific scope, information reviewed and deliverables are agreed for each engagement. Advice is limited by the available evidence and the agreed depth of review.
Regulated engineering responsibilities
Unless expressly agreed in writing and supported by required local registrations, GulfAxis does not act as engineer-of-record, provide statutory design certification, or sign or seal engineering documents in jurisdictions where local licensing is required. Professional registration referenced on this site relates to Abdus Samad’s Pakistan Engineering Council registration and must not be interpreted as registration in every country.
Project decisions and specialist work
An advisory review does not replace the responsible designer’s verification, contractor obligations, owner approvals, inspection, testing or specialist legal, financial and regulatory advice. Management and the relevant appointed professionals retain responsibility for their respective decisions and duties.
No outcome guarantees
The website does not guarantee cost savings, successful bids, vendor performance, regulatory approvals or project outcomes. A review may identify uncertainties requiring additional study, evidence or specialist input before a sound decision can be made.
