What an engagement does—and where it ends
The output is independent review and decision support within the agreed scope. It is not a guarantee of bid success, project performance or regulatory approval. Statutory certification, engineer-of-record responsibilities and signed or sealed engineering documents are excluded unless expressly agreed and supported by the required local registrations.
